1) Eyeglasses adjustment is critical for correct wear and comfort

If your glasses are improperly placed on your face, you will likely feel uncomfortable. Moreover, your vision will be compromised. After your eyeglasses purchase, let us fine-tune and adjust your glasses to your face. If your glasses are crooked or unbalanced, your eyes will be irritated, and vision will be unfocused. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please feel free to make an appointment for an adjustment.

2)Large Sunglasses Adjustment

Large sunglasses are quite popular, but these larger and heavier glasses tend to touch your cheeks and cloud-up. If you find yourself in this situation, we carry two special nose pads which will fix this problem. We can put the special nose pads to your existing frame, and then we can correctly adjust and balance your glasses to fit your face. Feel free to bring in your glasses and we will examine them and suggest the correct nose pads.

3) Rimless frame adjustment

We highly recommend having a check-up for your rimless glasses once every three months. The screws in rimless frames are delicate, especially when compared to regular frames. Therefore, it is wise to have these periodic check-ups. When putting on and taking off rimless frames, please use both hands. Likewise, when you clean your glasses use both hands to hold the one lens and wipe it off with our special cleaning cloth. We suggest replacing screws, plastic washers and nuts every two years.

An overhaul for rimless frames starts from $20 and will take approximately thirty minutes.

4) Nose pads & temple tips

Nose pads and temple tips need to be replaced periodically. We suggest replacing these items once a year.

5) Three month check-up

For optimum performance, we suggest you come by for eyeglasses check-up every three months. Please call in advance and schedule an appointment to avoid waiting.
