Providing our trail progressive lenses allows customers to experience firsthand the benefits and differences compared to their current lenses. We will claim your vision Insurance for VSP, Eye Med and Aetna, etc.But we are not a provider,unfortunately. The coverage is not the same between in-network and out-of -network. You can call your insurance co. for details. Here is our claim procedure. 1) You pay full amount when you purchase your glasses. 2) Fill out the out-of-network vision claim form (which we have). 3) We will provide your itemized receipts. 4) We will send a claim form and itemized receipts to Vision Insurace Co. 5) You will receive a check from Vision Insurance Co.
