We will claim your vision Insurance for VSP, Eye Med and Aetna, etc.But we are not a provider,unfortunately. The coverage is not the same between in-network and out-of -network. You can call your insurance co. for details. Here is our claim procedure. 1) You pay full amount when you purchase your glasses. 2) Fill out the out-of-network vision claim form (which we have). 3) We will provide your itemized receipts. 4) We will send a claim form and itemized receipts to Vision Insurace Co. 5) You will receive a check from Vision Insurance Co.
